Now Soyang R&D center consists of Existing Products Analysis Center and New Product Development Department. It covers an area of about 2,000 square meters, equipped with more than 10 sets of the latest equipment, with a value up to 4 million RMB.
Besides the control of raw materials and finished product, the laboratory focuses on the research of relationship between structure and performance, and conducts this basic research with universities.
The laboratory has a highly qualified R&D team with 20 professional and technical personnel, including 2 Doctors& 4 Masters.
Soyang pays great attention to the R&D team staff training, and encourages the technical staff to study and get master or doctorate in their field. Most members already have a solid scientific foundation, and they have attended domestic and international academic conferences.
